About Gideon
Please meet Gideon. Gideon is a Border Collie, who at 7 years old is a mature young man, who is a joy to have around. Gideon is friendly with everyone, including children and he is looking forward to finding his forever home.
Gideon is a gorgeous little guy who is very snuggly with human friends and very well mannered. He enjoys to be out and about for a walk and he has very nice lead manners. A very smart boy, Gideon will sit on command. With his desire to please people, we are sure he will know some new tricks and commands in no time. To help with this, we have included 3 x free training lessons in his adoption fee.
Gideon shows no signs of food aggression or seperation anxiety. However, he can be fearful of loud noises and would need to be allowed inside during thunderstorms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Gideon appears to get along well with dogs of his own size, however he does not like cats or chickens and should not be rehomed with them.
With his happy go lucky personality and his super sweet disposition, Gideon will make a wonderful new family member.
Gideon would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and is involved in the day to day activities. Gideon will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Gideon's adoption fee is $375 and includes his desexing, vaccinations and lifetime registration. Gideon is also regularly treated for flea and worms.

Adoption details
Please phone or email us to find out more information on our animals. You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is confidential and does not oblige you to adopt, or guarantee you the animal. The information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once the questionnaire and any questions you may have are approved and answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
