About Karma
This beautiful girl loves affection, but upon first meeting can be very unsure on what to do or how to act. So for her, an owner who understands what patience and support she will need is essential. But she doesn't take long to trust you, and will become a snuggle bum once she feels all is relaxed. Karma is around the 28-30 odd kilo mark in size, so in the middle of medium and large in structure; with a beautiful greyhound body under that wispy wolfhound fur.
Karma has shown to be social with other dogs of all sizes, but doesn't necessarily need a home with another canine. She is currently in foster care as an only dog with full time workers and she is showing to excel with the socialisation with other dogs on walks and at the park and human time at home inside with her foster parents. Karma is excellent on leash, has shown to be great off leash when she is trusting to her new family and she LOVES the car and swimming. So a home full of adventures would be great for her.
A home without poultry and cats is best suited to this wire haired beauty. She does tend to find them a little too exciting. Although she hasn't shown any aggression when being introduced, she does get a little over stimulated if they run a bit too fast so for safety a home without these is best suited.
Karma is excellent indoors and knows exactly where her bed is, the throne of comfort one would say. She is also crate trained which may benefit her new household if they wish to continue this.
Her basic obedience and indoors manners are excelling every day so a home that allows her inside to be a part of the family is essential for this beautiful girl to excel.
Karma has shown to love the guidance of a female owner over a male at first, so a female in the household would benefit her easily, but in saying that with the help of her foster mum; her foster dad is now her best friend. So a home with either gendered owner would be fine for her as long as kindness and patience is the first step.
Karma is ready for love, ready for her new home and is located on the Central Coast.
Medical notes
Since karma's desexing she has shown that she may have early onset hip issues and will need a home that understands that she needs controlled exercise and suitable supplements to make sure she is provided with everything she needs. She will also need a good quality premium diet as well.
