Hi I am Charlie! Remember the movie "Groundhog Day?" Well I don't because I am a cat but it certainly feels like that since this is my fourth time here! The first time I came here as a kitten. Much later in life I was surrendered as I did not get on with my families' new dog. I was then adopted and returned because I was too needy in my first few days at home. My second adoption ended as I nipped my new owner. I have since spent time in foster where I was a good boy! I am very affectionate and do a lot of purring. I love keeping you company! I need a specific type of home due to to my history though! Firstly I need to be an only pet (no other dogs or cats). Secondly I should go to an adult only home with someone who is super cat savvy.
