About Pink
If you are an activity family or looking for a running partner, then Pink could be the dog for you. Pink is located in Canberra.
Pink is a sweet seven year old German Shepherd with tons of energy. She may be seven, but she is still a puppy at heart.
She is being rehomed because she is not good with cats or small pets and this wasn’t known when her owner adopted her. Pink loves people, including children, however older children are best because she does get over excited sometimes and jumps up. She is happy to get a pat, but not by too many people at once, or she feels overwhelmed.
Pink loves to be with her family and she is looking for a new home where she will be allowed inside and included as part of the family. She’d love a home where someone is at home at most of the time.
On lead, Pink pulls at the beginning of a walk, but calms down after about 10 minutes. A Gentle Leader Halti harness would likely reduce this problem. Pink is happy to meet dogs on a walk if they are polite and friendly. She is not good with small dogs. Pink enjoys playing with other medium/large dogs, but is a bit over enthusiastic which can put some dogs off.
Pink must have a home with tall fences in good condition, six foot colourbond would be ideal. Pink is currently in Fisher, ACT but can be rehomed in New South Wales.
If you think you can give Pink a home please contact us.
Medical notes
Pink is fully vaccinated, microchipped and desexed, she has been flea treated and wormed.
