Des

Des is a gentle giant, 8 week old Great Dane mix puppy. The biggest in his litter, with the softest heart. Des has been working on 'sit' and 'stay' and sleeps through the night in his crate or pen. He has been in foster care with his brother, so it may take a bit of patience to get through the initial separation anxiety at night, but with love and persistence he will shine. Des loves to chase a ball and play with you till he is worn out, then will happily cuddle up for a nap. Des is still gaining confidence with toilet training, and although getting better everyday, still requires encouragement to do his business where you want him too. We are looking for a family that will commit the time needed to make him the best dog he can be. Des will grow big and needs a space appropriate to that, or lots of exercise to keep him active. He is one of a kind in nature and will bring love,loyalty and companionship to your family.
