About Joy
This lovely dog is JOY a sweet and gentle girl who loves everyone she meets.
Joy is currently living in foster care with 3 cats and a family of 8 with kids ranging from 2 to 16 years.
She will run around all afternoon playing hide and seek and chase with the kids.
Joy is house trained, well behaved, low maintenance and easy going. She sleeps on her bed inside all through the night without any trouble.
Joy loves to go for walks and is exceptional on a leash and does not pull away even if other dogs are close by. She travels well in the car.
She enjoys spending the day outside as long as she knows her humans are close by. Joy thrives on companionship and may feel more secure with a doggy brother or sister when the humans are not home.
Joy's foster family say that she is the sweetest dog; she has the relaxed chilled out demeanour of a cat with the loyalty of a dog. She will make an awesome family companion to some lucky family.
Joy is looking for a home where she will be cherished member of the family, living as an inside/outside dog and joining in family activities. If you are interested in meeting Joy, she would love to hear from you. All our dogs have a two week trial period with their new family.
Joy is in care in the Moreton Bay area in Queensland. She can be transported for genuine enquiries.
