Joan Clawford

Hello there, my name is Joan Clawford.

I started my journey several months ago when I was surrendered to Lort Smith with my siblings. I was incredibly frightened and worried about the world when I first came into care so I have spent the past few months in foster care learning the ways of the world. And you know what, I have learnt that humans aren't so bad after all! They provide delicious food, a comfy bed, toys to play with and lots of pats which I have come to love very much.

Fast forward to now and this is where you come in. Please speak up if you think you can provide me with my ideal home. The perfect home for me would be with a family that live the quiet life, you know like low key movies and cuddles on the couch sort of family, none of those raging house parties every night.

A home with no young children please as to be perfectly honest, they frighten me a little. Carers who will keep me as a strictly indoor only cat so that I always feel safe and secure. A family who is patient, understands me and will allow me to settle into my new home at my own pace.

My promise to you is that once I have settled and gained your trust, I will be the most perfect feline companion with so much love to give you. I'm friendly and sociable with other cats, I wouldn't mind living with a feline friend or two. Please don't overlook me because I'm shy, I'm just a little misunderstood!
