Rocket

Hi my name is Rocket; and just like my name implies I am a bundle of energy. I love the 2 legged food bearers and I follow my foster mummy around the house just to make sure that I do not miss out on any action.

I am the smallest kitten in the house but there is no mistaking that I am the boss. I have the tiniest cutest little meow that makes my foster mummy chuckle every time that she hears it, and boy do I let her know when she is taking too long to get my dinner ready. I may be tiny but I am very dedicated to eating and get into a fully crouched position so that I cannot possibly miss any of the food that is set out for me.

In complete contrast to my meow, I have the loudest purr that I am not shy to show off. It sounds like a jet engine starting up, and once it has been turned on it takes a while to shut down.

I have the most awesome sleeping positions, I love to sleep on the neck of my foster mum as she sits on the couch, I love to have my legs crossed or hanging off of something, and once I am asleep, you can move me into any position that you want me to be in. I sleep quite happily on my back with my tummy being scratched, but if you stop scratching I will give you a little meow to remind you that you need keep the patting up.

All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
