About Pippi
Pippi is a great little puppy, she adores attention and snuggles into you for a good cuddle. She loves other dogs and has shown to be good with cats in her foster home.
Pippi will be a large sized girl when fully grown so a home that is wanting a reasonable large lounge taking up girl is perfect.
Pippi is strong headed and strong willed and can be cheeky when she wants to throw a royal tantrum. But she is very obedient when it comes to listening to directions and training since in foster care.
Being fostered with a bunch of other dogs in care, we can see what type of personality she would match best. She would do great with a stable and obedient older dog, one that can correct her if needed but also expose her to a lot of life skills.
Pippi has started both her toilet and crate training and is showing great progress since arriving into care. She knows how to sit, has good on leash walking skills and is learning to wait and come when called. Her recall is progressing great and she is learning to follow off leash on her foster carers property.
Pippi is very sweet so may suit a home with young kids. But we would suggest over the age of 5 due to her sharp puppy teeth and sometimes forget manners with jumping up. Homes with cats or other types of animals.may suit being so young and easy to adjust to them.
We would highly recommend puppy school and obedience training to make sure Pippi gets the best start to continuing her training regime.
Pippi is located in the Hunter Valley and her adoption fee is $450.
Interstate adoptions are accepted but if successful the applicant must drive to the foster home for a meet and greet and collection. We DO NOT place dogs on flights or road transport.
