Ishka

Hi my names Ishka, but my friends call me Elsa.

I am not sure of my past, I am a two-year-old, blue heeler x (possibly Rottweiler). I get along great with my two foster brothers, I would enjoy having at least one other friendly desexed male as a playmate.

I get a little bit anxious when left alone for long periods of time and may try to find you. A big back yard with high fencing is essential. Preferably I would like my human friends to be home as much as possible. I just want to be with you, so when at home I need to be inside with my family. I sleep well inside; however, I have been told I need further toilet training.

I get along great with other dogs and my recall is relatively good, even when distracted. I walk well on the lead and travel great in the car.

While in foster care I have been learning the polite etiquette; I sit and wait for my food, and have been learning to wait at the door before coming inside. I would benefit from further training.
I haven’t spent much time with cats and kids so I am unsure how I will go.

Came to foster home with no voice, it is slowly coming back, I do like to talk a lot .
