About Lory
Lory is a bit of a boof head - and we mean this with the utmost affection. She loves to run and play, and she will engage happily with her human family. A daily walk or run will be quite an adventure for this young lady, and she would love a long bushwalk or a run along the beach...and a little splash as well. Lory is a smart girl who loves learning new tricks....she is quite agile and may even enjoy some agility training.
She can be a little bit nervous of new people and areas so to help her gain confidence, slow positive introductions will be beneficial
She will be a great companion and is quite happy to settle on a cosy bed, after a hard day running and playing, and watch an epic movie or even some "Inspector Rex".
Lory hasn't been well socialized with other dogs in her previous life and would be best in a home with no other dogs, cats, backyard birds or pocket pets. Ongoing dog socialization will take some time and patience but the end result will be ultimately rewarding
Please come in with your whole family to make sure that everybody will get along. There are some criteria that any new family will have to meet in order to take her home. These are:
*Lory needs to be an only dog - including the animals listed above
*Your fencing must be 6ft, colour-bond or palings(with rails on the inside)
*We would like her to meet your whole family
*Some large dog experience would be a bonus :-)
All AWL animals are desexed, microchipped, health checked, vaccinated, wormed and flea treated.
