About Cassie
Cassie has a sweet and placid nature. She is kind but also a little shy in her disposition. A home that is patient and loving towards her is definitely the ideal setting. One that can show her that there is patience and love when she is finding her feet.
Cassie is very human devoted, so will do best in a home that wants a companion. One that can be indoors when possible, allowed to go out with you when suitable and is shown affection. She loves a cuddle and a pat, and has shown to be good indoors. She is lower energy, so a walk a day is suffice for her.
She is in foster care with a range of other dogs, but would very easily suit a home as a very much loved and adored only dog. If she was rehomed with another dog, she would be best matched with a friendly and lower energy kind dog. She gets a bit shut down if she is with over domineering and rough character dogs.
Cassie hasn't been assessed with cats, but for safety we would say she is best suited to a home WITHOUT these. She has met some small dogs, and would be best suited to a home with another medium to large dog if there is one in the household.
Cassie is a bit more timid, so dog savvy kids over the age of 7 are best suited to this beautiful girl.
Fencing over 5ft for safety and security is recommended, but we may accept rural fencing if the application is suitable.
Cassie is located on the Central Coast, and her adoption fee is $500. She is ready to go to her new home now, and is also available for interstate adoptions but if successful; the applicant MUST drive to the foster home for a meet and greet and collection. We do not place dogs on flights or road transport.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
