Kramer is a shy guy who is looking for a new home where he will be given the extra TLC and handling he requires. Kramer would be best suited to a home without small children as he may find their sudden movements and loud noises a little bit too intimidating. However given the right criteria Kramer will soon overcome his shyness and his true colours will shine.
