About Lie DL1696
We can't Lie... this boy has a beautiful nature and is extremely affectionate! He will fit in just about anywhere, as long as he gets cuddles, plenty of love and a nice long walk each day.
Lie loves people and is good with kids, not tested with cats. He is currently sharing a home with a female and male Westie; they get on great and have been calm and relaxed. He's also been perfect with other dogs visiting his home. While he's not so keen on new dogs when out for walks, this will just take some more practice and he's already shown great improvements in a short time.
Lie really is a champ! He doesn't bark, dig, chew, food guard, or run around ruining the garden (his daily walk is enough to wear him out!), he's fully house trained and perfect in the car. He has fabulous recall even with distractions. He knows the following commands: sit, stay, shake, off, back, on your bed and come. He's still working on 'sit' while on lead, but does it beautifully at home.
Lie is looking for a home where he is included as part of the family and allowed inside. He'd be happy with a dog buddy, but would be just as content to have your company. All Lie wants is to be near you and he will be loyal from Day One.
He has already won the heart of his foster mama and will surely steal yours, too! Contact us by email today to meet the lovable Lie.
Medical notes
Lie was surrendered as a Jack Russell X, though at 20kg is a medium sized dog, more similar in looks to a Kelpie.
