About Marji
This special lady is Marji.
**Please check out Marji's videos below. We think they are a great example of her fun and friendly personality :)
Marji came to us with her three adorable babies. She has been a wonderful mum and has shown a lot of love and affection towards her precious little ones. It is now Marji's turn to find her own family where she can receive all the care and pampering she deserves. She loves people and will be a very loyal new family member.
We are unsure how much socialisation Marji had with other dogs before she came into our care. She has seen others from a distance while she has been with us and has been quite unsure.
We have had her assessed by a behaviorist who thinks she reacts due to being unsure of other dogs. We will be happy to support some form of training for Marji in her new home if necessary to help her adapt to her new home and to help her new family learn ways to continue improving her reactions to seeing dogs, we believe she would be best suited to a home as an only pet but will have the opportunity to have her people with her for a lot of time throughout the day to prevent her feeling lonely.
This sweet girl is very loving and devoted to her people and really aims to please. She would be well suited to a home where her family have experience with her breed and can offer her the time and patience she will need to adjust and learn what is expected from her. We are unsure what other breeds she may be mixed with (possibly Mastiff). She is a medium size. She is very affectionate and really just wants to be loved.
Marji needs high secure fencing and the ability to be left indoors or in a secure enclosure when her people aren't home.
Marji is currently living an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. She gets to spend time indoors with her foster family and knows she is a very important member of the family. She would love a home with a good sized yard where she will have lots of room to run and burn off some of her stored up energy. Daily walks will also be a great way for her to receive regular exercise and get to know her new leaders. Being out and about to see new things will be a great way for her to continue developing her social skills but dog parks will not be suitable.
Marji will be best suited to a home without young children as she has not been around them while she has been in our care. She shows a lot of interest in cats and other small animals so she will be happiest in a home with no other pets. However, considering she is such an affectionate girl, she would love to have human company throughout the day so she doesn't become lonely.
If you would like to know more about this special girl, please send us an enquiry and we will be in touch shortly.
Marji is currently located in Cheltenham, VIC

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
