Alice is such a cool dog to have around.
Alice is about 10 months old and is a Wolfhound x. She looks like Meg Ryan fresh out of bed and is about the height of a Golden Retriever but smaller in frame.

Alice has been in care for almost 4 weeks now on a lifestyle type farm where she has been introduced to cattle, sheep and horses without a problem. She has also been residing with a cat, two small terriers and an energetic kelpie all of whom she fits in with. She would not however be suited to free range poultry. Initially, she was very jumpy but has quietened down and has learnt some manners. She is happy to hang around the house, and has not attempted escape, even with farm fencing.

Alice is learning the basics of sit and stay, and toilet training is going well. She has access inside 24/7 through a dog door and loves nothing more than flopping on the couch, curling in her bed in front of the fire or tossing her toys around without being destructive in the slightest. She has been to the market and walks well on the lead though can get a little strong with her enthusiasm to meet and greet other dogs. She travels really quietly and calmly in the car and basically just loves hanging out with her humans and canines alike.
