Eddie ** A Loyal Boy **

Eddie is a one year old foxy cross boy who is on the slightly larger size of the breed.
Eddie hasn't had the best start in life as he was burnt with a chemical on his skin on the sides of his body prior to arriving at the pound which has healed up quite well and he is in very good health.
Eddie needs a home that will give him a lot of structure.
Sweet Eddie is house trained. He sits for his food and he responds well to his name.
Eddie is trained to share the space with other selected dogs but gets a bit bossy when on a lead.
He is currently ongoing training to break this behaviour and will need his forever family to pick up on it and keep it going so a confident owner is imperative.
He loves to play and race around a yard.

" Hi! I'm Eddie and I am hoping there is someone out there who can give me my forever home. I am a sweet 1 year old boy, but I do have some special needs to help me adjust to the outside world, which can be a scary place for me. I have not had an easy life and would love it if someone can persevere with me and help me overcome my fears.
When I am at home, where I feel safe, I am the most gorgeous companion you could ever want. I am obedient, loving, funny and have a huge personality.
I adore a belly rub, will snuggle up in bed if you let me but am just as happy in my own bed.
I love my food and treats as well as just being near you.
I like calm dogs to hang around with but need a household with no children or cats.
I am also great as an only dog as long as my people are there most of the time. I just need lots of love, time and patience to learn to overcome my fears outside my safe home environment. I'm not perfect, but that is why I came into rescue - to be able to have the opportunity to overcome my fears and develop to my full potential.
I am a truly gorgeous little man and my biggest wish is for a wonderful person to take me into their life and love me for who I am.
