About Hayley - Foxy X (on trial 8/8/2017)
Hayley is a happy 10 year old little girl and has easily fitted in with her foster brothers and sister with no problems at all and is always eager to please. She is well behaved in the house and is fully house trained as long as she has regular toilet breaks outside. She loves to be inside when you are home but is happy to go outside and sit in the sun.
Hayley would love a home where someone was there most of the time and would not be suitable to be left alone for long periods of time as she gets very stressed and will tend to bark a lot. She would be happier with another small dog than on her own as she loves company. Hayley will need a very secure yard and home and will need to be on a leash at all times whenever she is out because she will run away so leash free activities unfortunately will not work for her. She can be wary of men especially in work clothes but has shown no aggression but will bark at them and will bark when someone comes to the door. She would not be suitable for young children or small animals. Hayley must be allowed to sleep inside in her bed and is asleep by 8pm! She'll stay there till morning and always appreciates to be invited for a cuddly before you get up but she's not really spoilt!!!
Hayley has no medical problems and loves her food. She will eat anything that you give and loves chicken especially. She loves to go for a walk everyday as she has lots of energy for a 10 year old and is very inquisitive of her surroundings. She'll fetch and return as long as it suits her and loves to be silly but sits and stays if you ask nicely! Hayley's ideal home would be with an active person who likes to walk and get outside in the garden and sunshine and who is looking for a sweet funny loving pup who will keep them company and who in return will love her and keep her safe.
For more information or to meet Hayley, please contact her foster carer Cathy on email cathy.a056@gmail.com. Hayley is in foster care in Cardiff Heights, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.
Hayley's adoption fee is $150 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
