About "Scruff"

A big beautiful boy that gets on with other dogs, cats and humans. Scruff loves cuddles and affection as well as walks and playtime. Scruff is looking for a family that has a lot of time to give him as he is sad when left alone for to long. I am completely house trained and love being inside with you for pats and cuddles. It would be really great if my new family could take me to school to learn lots of manners and tricks because I really don't realise how big I am. I do like little humans but I am a big boy and can sometimes knock little ones if I don't see them, maybe school could help me.
Scruff would suit an adopter who is a confident experienced dog person, can dedicate time to take Scruff to obedience training and has lots of time to give Scruff love and attention.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
