About Delilah
Are you looking for a hilarious new member of the family?
Delilah arrived into care a few days ago and she is just so much fun and laughter.
Being around 3-4 years old, she is the perfect age for someone wanting a young but matured adult.
Delilah has shown us so many traits, and although her breed is a mystery. We have made the best guess we can. With her medium size and double coat and tail like a siberian husky; we are sure there is a lot in her. She loves to herd and play with other dogs, so definitely some cattle dog traits in there; last of all she has a beagle bark; so we think that may be thrown in the hat as well.
She loves other dogs and loves nothing more than playing a game of chase and tag with them. She has shown that she likes being indoors and is working hard and fast with her toilet and crate training skills.
She loves people so a home that wants an affectionate but independent dog would suit her very well. We haven't tested her with young kids but being so loving we would say she would be fine.
Safe and secure fencing preferably over 6ft would suit her best. And a home that wants her to be indoors at night would work best.
We think she would suit a home as either an only dog or with another friendly and social doggie. She's really not fussed. She is located in the Hunter Region and her adoption fee is $350.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
