This special, affectionate girl with adorably expressive ears is looking for a loving home.

Angel came into the pound as a terrified dog who was afraid of everything. In just a few weeks she has made enormous progress with her carer, and she is looking for a gentle, caring person to continue this progress.
She is timid towards people initially, but friendly and affectionate once she knows you mean her no harm. She will need to be in a quiet home with no children as she hates loud noises and sudden movements, when startled she will run and hide outside or in her bed.
Angel is currently staying in a home with another small dog and loves to run with her and play chase. She also loves to play with soft toys and go for long walks exploring her surround. She has not been tested with cats or other small animals as yet, so would need very gentle introductions.
Angel lives indoors. She is housetrained, and uses a doggy door to get in and out of the house. She knows some basic commands, however she does pull on the lead at present, so will need some training with this.
She has a high energy level so will need a good walk at least once a day.
Once you have her trust she will be the most loyal and loving dog. She laps up any attention she is given and loves a cuddle.
Her ideal home will be with someone who is home a lot to reassure her and build up her confidence, she could also live with another small dog as long as she gets plenty of attention. She will need secure fencing and a decent sized yard to run in, and a home with plenty of love to give, to continue her transformation into the confident dog that she deserves to be.
