Milo

Milo has no idea why he has been in care for so long. Is he not pretty enough? Goofy enough? Silly enough? He just doesn't know.
This beautiful blue roan boy is just desperate for a home of his very own. A person who can show him the world and cuddle him extra tight. He will even hold your leg with his paw to get the extra good cuddle in.
Milo is social with other dogs and is currently in foster care with a pack of varying dogs. But in saying that, he is looking for a home with either another playful social and structured dog who can make sure he stays on his bed manners. Or a home as a very much loved and adored only dog.
He would be a fantastic walking buddy, hiking buddy, lounge lizard cuddler and dog beach attender.

He can be a little sensitive with new environments that are a bit too busy so an owner who can understand that he may be unsure at first and help him through it is best suited.
Milo is a humans boy, He adores everyone and adores children as well. So we think he would suit a home with some loving and dog savvy kids. He is best suited to a home without cats and without poultry and pocket pets. He is very unsure what these all are and doesn't quite know the correct way to interact with them.

Milo has shown to be suitable to full time workers as long as he has a moderately active lifestyle. A walk once or twice a day would suit this boy fine. But he really isn't fussed. Give him a raw bone and he is happy to munch this all day also.
Milo is good both indoors and outdoors and is also crate trained. He is fantastic on leash and would make a great walking companion. He is learning his basic obedience and shows to respond well to clicker training also.

He is very goofy, and can be a little bit slow with training, so a home with patience and time would suit him best. He does know how to sit and wait, and knows how to interact with both toys and food around both people and other dogs.
Milo is located in the lower Hunter Valley and is ready for his new home now.
