Looking for a super friendly pup? Meet Admiral!
Admiral is such a great pup and has stunning looks to match with his sleek black coat. He is ready to make everyone he meets his new bestie as he is very friendly. Admiral enjoys rolling around the grass and lying in the sun – which made taking his photos a bit difficult! Lucky he's plenty cute. He is a happy and chilled pup with a playful side. Admiral loves to get your attention and of course pats as well. He loves an evening snuggle on the lounge after a day of adventures and exploring.
This boy loves other dogs! Admiral is in care with a number of dogs and has met others as well. He plays well with other dogs and could use some more time at the dog park as he is catching up for lost time after not having much playtime in the past before he was rescued. Occasionally he needs a reminder of his manners in play but he will calm down as he gets used to being allowed to play more often. Admiral will need daily exercise and stimulation throughout his life to keep him healthy and happy. This will need to include play time with other dogs at places like dog parks or beaches.
Admiral is food driven so training is easy. He can sit and has good recall as long as there isn’t something else super exciting going on but this will also improve with family bonding and training. Admiral is doing great with his toilet training and sleeps perfectly in a crate all night. He is also great in the car and would love to join you on outings. It is very important that Admiral’s new family are committed to continuing his training as he is still a pup and has much more to learn. He will also need a high quality diet as he is going to grow into a large sized dog.
We are looking for a home where Admiral will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities. He will require a home where he is given the exercise, stimulation and training that he needs. A family that understands the importance of socialisation for a large dog is also key. But most of all you have to love him lots too!
