About Arnie DL1685
Do you have a lot of love to share with a little guy who is in need of TLC? He is a friendly man and super affectionate, he loves people, especially kids!
Arnie is a gorgeous little man who follows you from room to room and outside. He is well toilet trained and is doing well learning to use a doggy door. He has happily met new people including grandchildren, who stroked and gently played with him. As Arnie is deaf, he suits an owner who will continue training using hand signals & take care not to startle him.
Arnie happily sleeps in his own bed in your room and will wake you up if he needs to go out for toilet breaks. He enjoys a nice morning walk then spends the afternoon relaxing. He is okay to hang out at home while you're at work or will be happy to have your company. He suits being your only pet, as he's not good with other dogs or cats and they tend to give him such a fright... once he even fainted in fear of a little Jack Russell.
If you can help turn Arnie's luck around and give him the loving home he truly deserves, please email us today to apply.
Medical notes
Arnie hasn't had the greatest luck! He has a wired and plated jaw from being run over 2 years ago by a fisheries agent while they were away camping, though it doesn't cause him issues with eating. He has been known to have occasional seizures (once every year or so) but not regularly. He is deaf and does have a recurring ear infection that needs ongoing attention.
