Hank

Hi everyone! I'm Hank, Hank the Tank. I'm not really sure why my foster mum calls me that since I can guarantee I'm just a big ball of love. I have a feeling it's because I'm a big boy, and she doesn't wanna give away to strangers that I'm a gentle giant. She wants to make me sound tough.

The truth is, cuddles are my favourite. I used to be an outside dog, but my current family has let me have a free run of the house, and I love using this flap she has in her door! I love sleeping with her on her bed at night, or on the sofa while she watches Game of Thrones (that show sounds complicated), or on top of her when she's trying to relax after work. As I said, I love cuddles. I'm super polite although mum sometimes says I don't understand the concept of 'personal space'. I don't believe in privacy, I love to be your shadow and always have you in sight.

I absolutely love outdoors and I usually grab my end of the lead in my mouth to take you for a walk. I can even walk myself if you drop the lead - how convenient is that?
Cats are my favourite when I want to slack around as they love to cuddle and are super gentle. I also love dogs when I'm feeling energetic and want to play. I love playing bitey faces. Having a dog to play with and a cat to cuddle sounds perfect to me! I'm also great with kids. They're super fun and give the best pats.

Tennis balls. They're fun. I love when they fly through the air, and I have to go chase them. I don't mind if there's more dogs chasing it with me. The more the merrier. Plus, I always bring the ball back to save you the trouble of walking.

After writing this, I must admit that I sound pretty wonderful, so I hope my new family thinks so too!! Do I sound like the perfect dog for you?
