Lucy

Lucy has some neurological issues. She is not deaf, her hearing has been Baer tested. She can see. She has a slight head tilt and needs an owner who is home a lot to be with her. She has no trouble finding food,water,playing and toileting. She gets confused with lots of noise and would be very distressed if she got lost. She would not find her way home.
