About “Molly”, Giggles Galore. Melbourne
Sweet Molly is expert at making people laugh, even in her sleep! She’s mastered the greyhound art of hilarious sleeping positions, spread out like a big black spider with her legs in the air. She also keeps her foster carers giggling with the funny little noises she makes when she feels like a chat. The rude noises she makes in her sleep can be pretty funny too, but don’t tell Molly that we told you!
Molly has plenty of energy for fun and playing, but walks at a nice leisurely pace when she’s out. She also loves a good nap, and resting her head on your lap when she wants a cuddle. Molly is learning quickly in foster care, and is already house-trained and good at climbing stairs. She can still be a little growly when she has to give back something that she’s not allowed to have, so would be best in a household with older children who can help her learn. Molly’s fine with other dogs – she likes to say hello – but hasn’t been tested around cats.
Molly’s has the big brown eyes and affectionate nature that make greyhounds so lovable, and a sense of humour that’s all her own. If you’d like a funny, fun-loving companion, drop in and let her say hello.

All our dogs are desexed, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped.
Adoption details
Dogs are pack animals and Greyhounds, in particular, are very familiar with being surrounded by other dogs in their racing kennel environment. For this reason, when left alone without people or other dogs for company, they can be prone to separation anxiety which can manifest in destructive and/or noisy behaviour. Yes, they may "grow out" of it after a few weeks in their new home, but why put the dog through that stress to ultimately live all day alone, while everyone is at work? As a result we do not rehome dogs into households where they are left on their own for more than 4 hours per day, without either people or another dog for company.

Following your initial application, we conduct a home check. Our dogs are placed on a two week trial. The adoption fee is paid at time of placement and reimbursed if the trial is unsuccessful.
After the trial period is deemed successful, the adoption process is finalised.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
