Hi Everyone! I’m Bella. I’m an adorable girl that is looking to be your one and only pet - with lots of cuddles and tickles, and lots of human company. I'm perfect for indoor living as I'm totally house trained and know how to behave. I'm also very good at letting you know if someone is around the house that we don’t know and will bark to scare them off. I was born for companionship and would be absolutely perfect for a retired couple.

Exercise? Going to the beach is my absolute favourite. I also enjoy walks around my foster home too :) But I can take it or leave it to be honest. As long as I'm not left alone for long periods of time I'm happy. I love treats and food, but it’s not something that I'm motivated by. So you will never see me begging at the table. I will, however, ask for any affection I can get and you might find me snuggling in bed with you :) My recall isn’t great, and because I’m not hugely food motivated, I haven’t made much progress with it. So I’m a stay on lead girl. And I don’t mind that at all.

Better not leave me alone outside for long periods of time as I have Terrier in my breeding, so my natural instinct is to dig for bugs. My foster mum reckons I might have been a little ground squirrel in my past life. But keep me inside with you and it just won’t be a problem :)

I have long hair but I prefer to have a trim every now and then to keep me
cool. My nails needs clipping every so often to keep me from scratching you
when I'm asking for a cuddle. I'm happy to be social with other dogs, although I don’t want to live with one. I’ve not had much exposure to cats.

If you live far away, a few hours in a plane is absolutely worth it for remotely located animals like me - it means we have the opportunity to be adopted. Flights to Perth for dogs are capped at $150 thanks to QANTAS and I can fly elsewhere in Australia too.
