Lulu ~ Shih Tzu x Maltese (On trial 24/7/2017)

Introducing Lulu a little Shih Tzu x Maltese princess who is looking for her forever castle. Could that be your home? She has just turned 6 years old and only weighs about 4.5 kg. Although Lulu is learning how to be an inside girl she does not have many accidents and sleeps in the laundry with her younger brother (Bentley) without any overnight accidents.

Lulu is learning how to use the doggy door and is excited to be taken for walks as this is a new experience for her. As she is very small a secure yard would be required although she doesn’t dig or jump. Her favourite position is on the lounge in the warm where she can watch what is happening with the family. She is easily startled by any unknown noise and would be best suited to a cat free household as she likes to chase and bark at the carer’s cat.

Previously Lulu did not have much attention or socialisation so everything is new and exciting to her. She is quite happy to be outside during the day and enjoys any sunny spots in the yard. Lulu will require clipping approximately every 6-8 week to keep in royal mint condition. Children from age 18 months upwards are not a problem as Lulu loves to see them and is not a nuisance jumper.

It would be best that there were no other dogs unless they were introduced in a controlled environment to see how Lulu reacts as she appears to be threatened when she sees an unknown dog while out walking and goes on the defensive. Lulu is a very loving little girl and deserves to be someone’s special little princess.

Lulu's adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered.
