About Teddy
Teddy is a very unusual mix. He is medium sized and will need a home that understands this.
Teddy, adorable in looks has a personality to die for. He is great with other dogs and is currently living in a large pack of others and he loves to interact and play with them. Although he is still learning the play part. We don't think he was socialised very much beforehand so he hasn't quite figured out the correct play type.
He is also great with cats and has no issues with them walking all around him.
Teddy is looking for an extra special home. One that can keep him social and take him out on adventures to see new people and other dogs. One that wants to include him as a part of their family and allow him indoors and one that can maintain his grooming needs and requirements.
He is of moderate energy so a home that is looking for a walking companion is essential. He would need a social and active owner and wouldn't suit to be a lap dog as he loves to explore.
Fencing must be safe and secure , of at least 5ft or over. Teddy has also shown to be toilet trained and good indoors.
He has some basic obedience and recall skills and is now learning how to walk properly on the leash.
Being so gentle we think he would be fine with kids as he hasn't shown any issues with being handled or interacted with.
Teddy probably wouldn't suit apartment living. He really loves to be able to stretch his legs and explore a lot.
He is located in the hunter region near gresford and his adoption fee is $400.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
