About Gus
Meet Sir Gus, who is a lovely young German Shepherd currently in care at Kurri Kurri this gentle boy is looking for a family who will continue with his training and socialisation.
Gus has not had a good start to life having been brought into a pound at such a young age. Gus was rescued from a Sydney animal shelter where being a gentle natured dog the environment had impacted on him.
So Gus was placed in a foster home with a young family and with coaching and positive reinforcement he has blossomed into a loving dog.
Gus is fully house trained and very gentle with young children. He is learning to trust people again and will need continued socialisation.
He must have had a bad experience in a car so we are using positive reinforcement so he learns to enjoy trips in the car.
Gus will be best suited to a home where he is the only dog or with a good natured female dog of similar size. Gus has not been tested with pocket pets or cats
If you think you can provide Gus with a loving home please contact Linda on 0497 398 062.
Medical notes
Gus is fully vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. He has been flea treated and wormed.
