About Mindarie
Introducing little Miss Personality Plus!
Mindarie is cute, quirky and full of personality. She has a unique look about her with those wonderful ears and is only a little girl weighing in at approximately 5kg. Ultimately, Mindarie wins you over with her personality. It may take her a couple of days to come out of her shell in a new environment but when she does you will definitely know about it. Mindarie is extremely affectionate and adores her people. She gets so excited when you even re-enter the room! Be prepared for Mindarie to invite herself up into your lap, cuddle up to you, give little kisses and jump up in excitement. If you are looking for a dog who will love you to pieces then this is your girl.
Foster care has been an exciting experience for Mindarie. She came from a home where there was very little stimulation, exercise or socialisation. Mindarie has experienced all of that now. She has been living with a broad range of other dogs and loves to play with her doggy friends. Mindarie now goes to the off lead dog park daily to run around and meet new dogs. She is good off-lead and doesn’t stray far from her carer but still needs work on her recall. Mindarie is getting more confident with meeting new dogs at the park and continued socialisation will allow her to make further progress. She absolutely loves to go out for walks and as soon as you pick up the lead she is ready to go! Mindarie needs a home where she can be taken out daily so that she remains healthy and happy throughout her life.
Mindarie knows how to sit and walks nicely on a lead. Although not essential, some further training would help to stimulate her mind and build an increasing strong bond between her and her new owners. Mindarie sleeps throughout the night either on the bed or in a crate. She is toilet trained as long as she has access to outside or can easily ask to go out. Mindarie loves to play with toys, particularly soft ones, and can be seen trotting around the house with them in her mouth. She will chase the toy when it is thrown and is even learning to play tug of war.
We are looking for a home where Mindarie will be a loved member of the family. She requires a home with another friendly and playful doggie friend and/or where someone is home more often than not. Mindarie sometimes mouths when excited so we recommend a home without children or with older children. She must be allowed inside and will need a warm comfy bed inside out of the weather as she does feel the cold. A house with a yard is ideal as Mindarie loves to explore the yard and sit in the sun on these cool wintery days.
If you would like to welcome this gorgeous and funny girl into your home then let us know by filling in an application on our website.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
