About Chief
Chief is a big, healthy 8-week-old Kelpie/Staffy/hunting dog mix looking for his new home. Chief is the biggest in his litter, is very playful, confident and cuddly. He and his 8 siblings will be looking to leave for their new homes within the next few weeks.
They will grow to be medium-large adult dogs.
This litter was raised in foster care and the puppies have been exposed to sheep, different dogs, and people of all ages. Chief has been quite gentle around children, doesn’t jump and sits and waits for his food.
They currently live with 4 adult dogs who are helping their mother to teach them boundaries and social skills. Due to this, as well as them being an active mix of breeds, each puppy will need to have at least one desexed adult doggy companion in their new homes. Homes as an only dog will not be considered due to their energetic breed.
Chief will also benefit greatly from going to regular puppy/obedience classes with his new owners to help him grow into happy, well-balanced, socialised and obedient adult dog.
If you would like to learn more about Chief, we would love to hear from you!
Chief and his siblings are located in Ballarat.
**Puppies are always highly sought after, so please be patient while we work our way through enquiries as quickly as we can.
Medical notes
Chief will require a final vaccination at 10 weeks old.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
