Cole 2YO American Bulldog

Cole is a wonderful big tender-heated sweet boy. He loves cuddles, pats, hugs and any human contact as he has had very little his entire young life. He loves his toys and sleeps with his little teddy and Piggy and is very gentle with them. He will sit on your lap and try and sleep if you let him as he thinks he's a poodle 😍

Cole was emaciated when he came into care a month ago and he's slowly putting on weight and getting healthier & stronger everyday. He's a BIG boy 😘 Cole has had very little interaction with other dogs however he grew up with his sister and now he loves to be in his foster carer's pack. Cole's had no dog socialisation, training, walks or rules & boundaries so he's still learning the ropes and all their interactions are still supervised.

Cole can exhibit dominant behaviour if not corrected but he's a quick learner and takes correction easily. Once corrected, he submits and and learns to play better with his foster pack. He needs proper and supervised introduction if you have a dog over a few meetings. His walking on a lead is still a work in progress but everyday he gets better.

Cole is a very strong boy who needs rules, boundaries and affection and would thrive in a home where he is included in the family. He is still a big goof ball and quite clumsy, so we recommend a home where any kids are aged 10+.

Cole was never walked so he loves getting outdoors, walking and exploring. He loves playing with his human/dogs and loves his toys and balls... he can be an only dog as he does well being on his own and he can also be a part of the pack with proper introduction & supervision with an experienced owner.
