Lulu

Little Miss Muffet.....feels a whole lot better after a bath and a good feed.

Lulu has had an extended stay in the pound and was really starting to struggle with the whole cage thing. For a tiny little lady it is quite intimidating to be surrounded by larger dogs and not be able to run. In fact, she shook like a leaf for quite a while after we picked her up to go to the vet.

She wasn't too happy about the needles or the microchip insertion either. However, when she was in a home with some other dogs and some comforts, she began to relax. Once the pound smell was washed "right out of her hair", her gentle and affectionate nature started to appear.

She has settled in comfortably for the night now that she feels safe again.

This little lady is a long haired Chihuahua X.
