About Joanie
When I meet you for the first time ever you will understand that life is not something I've really been allowed to experience. That it scares me some. Give me a little bit of time to settle with you and I quickly understand that you are friend and not foe.
Then the shy smile will start. I will push my head into your hands for some ear scratches. Allow me to know you, walk away and come back? Well then, then the full on body wiggles and licking tongue will start.
Which is why you will forgive me when we need to work on some things together. Like walking on lead... it scares me some but I am improving in this regard (even though I much prefer my carers carry me in the safety of their arms). My basic obedience skills are just that - handy tip I a a big lover of the noms to train with.
Having arrived with my brother I do agree that it would be best we are rehomed independently of one another. He's a bit of a bully towards me, more than I would like. Strangely though, should you have another, I would do best with a more dominant personality than mine. One could almost say his teachings have taught me to "pay it forward" with really submissive canine friends.
You will need some patience as I build up my confidence. I am young. I am extremely malleable. I will shine.
