Shelby ~ Kelpie x Husky (on trial 16/7/17)

Meet Shelby, a very happy 6 month Kelpie x Husky girl.

Shelby is a beautiful and playful young dog who would love to be a part of your family. She loves her toys, especially the all time favourite - the squeaky bone. Shelby likes playing with other dogs, including her sister Winter. She also loves playing with her human brother who is only 5. Shelby is fine with cats as she used to live with them.

Shelby has already learnt “sit”, “outside” and is learning “shake” and “fetch”. She will learn so much more with some ongoing training. Shelby's foster parents are working on her toilet training as she is still young, but she has had only few accidents so far.

Shelby can dig if she is bored but her parents leave plenty of toys in the backyard and it keeps her occupied. Shelby does not bark much and doesn't fret when left alone (but her sister keeps her company). She loves running outside, rubbing against your leg for snuggles and playing with her toys.

Shelby is always happy to see you come home, loves pats, is very obedient and a quick learner. She would love a nice sized back yard, someone to give her pats and cuddles, someone to take her on walks and give her love.
