Baluchi **** big gentle giant

Baluchi is a 45kg mastiff cross. He is around 3 years old.

He is a dog that loves his humans and will chose a person in the house that is ‘his’ owner and he will follow their instructions when they ask him to sit and to back away from the kitchen. He is responding well to training since he has been in foster care but will need continuing strong training and boundaries.

He is strong on the lead – but since being put in a sporn head halti he is much easier to walk.
Baluchi is fully house trained and sleeps well through the night inside. He is home a long time on his own during the day as his foster carers work full time – but he is quite happy outside alone, with no destructive habits. He loves his kong, especially when it is filled with peanut butter and treats.
His perfect home would be one where he is the only dog as he loves to be the centre of attention, having said that, he is fine with other dogs.
He would be best without small animals like birds, rabbits, or cats,
Teenage kids would be ok. He is still learning his manners and can be a bit pushy - so might knock over little kids.

He is easy to train as he respond well to a deep tone when he has done the wrong thing.
His favourite activities are sleeping in front of the heater, harassing his furry foster sister and licking people when they least expect it.

Baluchi is a smooching dog who loves getting his tummy scratched and putting his big boofer head on your knee. He has a lot of love to give the right family who is prepared to invest in his continuing training. He would love a quiet, calm home where he can be spoiled as he so deserves
