Jasper ~ adorable Cattle x (on trial 20/7/17)

Gorgeous Jasper is a 4 month old cattle x puppy. He is a beautiful, sensitive loving puppy who loves being a part of the family.

Jasper would thrive in a family or with a couple that will take him for lots of walks or runs and play games with him. He loves going to the park and playing with the other dogs and he shows no signs of aggression towards cats. He is also very good with children and is very gentle.

Jasper is learning sit and he comes when he is called. He will learn so much more with some ongoing training as he is a very smart boy. He spends most of his time with his foster sister playing outside or having a quite snooze inside on his bed. Jasper is learning to go to the toilet outside, but like all puppies sometime he has accidents, so he will need a patient family who will continue his training. Jasper loves his food and is not aggressive at all. He does not bark unless someone is near the house. We are currently teaching him not to jump up on people when he gets excited and he is doing really well at listening.

Jasper does not like it when his family leave him behind or put him outside alone, so he would be much more suited to a family or couple with another dog, or a family or couple who are going to allow him indoors most of the time with them and to sleep inside. He is a sensitive little soul and just wants to be loved.

Jasper is great with other dogs and is very friendly. Jasper currently lives with a big rottweiler and another cattle x and gets along with everyone. His favourite thing to do is sleeping on his foster mummy’s lap and getting big kisses and cuddles!

While Jasper is a cattle dog and is active, he is also quite happy lazing around the house and taking it easy - he loves a walk, but is happy to come home and just chill out. Jasper loves to play with all sorts of toys. He doesn’t jump fences or dig holes. If you are looking for a companion to love and add an extra bit of fun and laughter to your life then Jasper is the boy for you. He really is the sweetest, most sensitive boy you could meet.

As Jasper is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
