Sadie

Petite little Sadie is a beautiful girl who has had a rocky first few years in life. At just 2yrs of age she's already been homeless and on the streets for an unknown time frame. She was then a RSPCA resident until adopted and now her owner is moving overseas and cannot take her, which brings her to us here at Little Legs.

Sadie has a strong personality and isn't afraid to let her humans (or fur friends) know if she's not happy or comfortable. While she does enjoy a good head scratch and will ask for them if she's not getting enough, she's not a fan of being cuddled. This may be because of her history, it's hard to know for sure at this stage. Because of her strong personality, she isn't recommended for children under approx 10yrs. Sadie needs a family who will understand when it's time for rubs and time to be alone. If she's given enough time & love she may very well develop the great affection Blue Russian's are known for.

Sadie has not had a good experience with dogs, after accidentally being with 2 large dogs in a yard. Physically she is fine and was not harmed, but mentally it has made her afraid. In saying that though, her foster family have a calm & quiet dog who she is not bothered by at all.

Sadie needs a home that will show her love and help her to develop trust again.
