Gather round, for the time has come to tell you all about me. I am one of the most uncomplicated pooches you will ever come across. I live for three things - my snoozes, my food and your attention.

But I will make you work for it. With new people I've been told I can be aloof, focused only on the fact that you are taking me for walks. Perhaps not really engaging with you. But you see, that's just a little test I put all new friends through to see if they are worthy of my affection and attention. So persist and you will find that I am a tactile and affectionate girl.

A good neighbour to all other canine friends, I tend to mind my own business. Unless they're acting the pup and jumping up all over me, for then you will hear momma bear roar. If you don't have another canine friend in the family I won't mind - after all, you only really need to focus on me. If you do, please make sure they are of the quiet and sedate variety.

But please, don't leave me alone all day. I rather like having you around, otherwise I do have the ability to come and find you!

Have kids in the family? I am very good with them. Especially when we're sharing a meal, which incidentally is about the only time you will find me happy dancing with my feet. Food, oh glorious food. Feel free to serve me breakfast in bed... yours or mine, I won't mind.
