About Suzi Q
Meet Suzi Q, 12 years young and in the prime of her life. Suzi is such a sweet little lady and very affectionate. She loves cuddles, pats, belly rubs and snuggling up on your lap for a doze. like all girls the way to her heart is food! and food is definitely very close to Suzi's heart! Dinner gets demolished and she has taught her foster sister to never leave any leftovers.
Suzi responds very well to training - learning to sit (instantly if a treat is on offer), learning to walk on lead using a lead trainer, and she quickly adapts to new boundaries (for example not allowed upstairs in her current foster home). It just goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks.
Suzi currently spends most of her day and night inside and is mostly toilet trained, only having a few accidents inside if she hasn't been out much. we prefer Suzie be indoors but if and when Suzi was to be outside, backyard fences and gates need to be escape proof for this little ninja as she doesnt like to be alone for long time and gets bored. No one has told Suzi she is 12 and she loves adventures!!!!
Suzi has socialised well with her foster sister (medium sized female dog). She was initially a little shy but now keeping up with her much younger sister when playing and shares toys well. Suzi enjoys chew toys and thankfully leaves all human shoes and other possessions alone.
Suz does suffer from a little separation anxiety so a home with a fam that is home more often then not is most suitable
Suzi has plenty of love to give and is waiting to rock your world!
