About Hinata
Hinata is a 12-week-old, female, Great Dane x. She is an affectionate little girl with a quiet, laid back demeaner and a bold side to her personality. She isn’t afraid to push her weight around, although she rarely shows her bossy side and for the most part just wants to play, lounge around and get cuddles.
Hinata has been around my toddler and large dog without any problems. She does lick and jump up to reach my dog’s face so we’ve been working to redirect this attention onto toys instead. Our dog doesn’t mind too much but we have been discouraging this behaviour and she is learning. She is about 80% toilet trained just like her sister, and goes outside before bed, first thing in the morning and throughout the day after meals/water/sleep. She will need ongoing toilet and basic puppy training. Hinata is smart and learns things very quickly, she loves food and loves to please so this has made her a dream to train.
Medical: Hinata has had her first puppy vaccinations and will be due for her second vaccinations on July 7th. She has been desexed, microchipped and has a tattoo in her left ear to identify that she has been desexed. She is in good health aside from needing to gain a little more weight as she is still quite skinny. She’s slowly and steadily putting on more weight but this will need to continue once she’s adopted.
Suitable home: Hinata will be well suited in a variety of homes/lifestyles. She is easy going, happy to just lay around the house inside/outside all day but will need plenty of gently exercise each day. She does love attention so I think she is best suited to a family/individual that can spend lots of time with her in order for her to thrive.
If you’re interested in making Hinata a part of your family, please take into consideration that she will grow to be a medium to large sized dog, her breeds we are aware of should be researched and taken into consideration, and she will need time to bond and settle in before going anywhere with her new family.
