About Big Ted
Hi there! My name is Big Ted, but you can call me Ted for short. Can I come live with you?
I'm a Whippet x Staghound and am going to grow up to be a big bundle of energy and love. I live in foster care with 2 Labradors and 3 cats. I have been very well-behaved in my foster home and am fully house-trained, which I've been told is very good for a puppy.
I love to play with the dogs in my foster home and would really love to go and live with another dog who I can run around and play with. I might be too much excitement for a very small dog or an old dog because I'm still just a pup.
I don't think the cats like me very much, but that's ok, I know to keep my distance when a cat doesn't like me and I know how to play gentle with a dog-friendly cat. I think I would be a great companion for kids too because I'm so much fun and so gentle.
I REALLY love cuddles on the couch with my people and will happily sleep next to you while you watch TV. I'm also an excellent gaming buddy for humans who like to play video games!
So far I have learned to drop and wait for my food, which my foster mum tells me is very clever. She said that I could do with some obedience training so that I keep up the good work and grow up to be a very well-behaved gentleman.
Do you think I could be the right dog for you? Why not come and meet me!
