About Paisley
Placid and Sweet the beautiful Miss Paisley came in as an injured stray after being the victim of a dog attack.
She suffered abdominal wounds including an abdominal wall hernia. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our vet team this has been surgically corrected but it is likely that there are other adhesions within the abdomen which may present challenges if future abdominal surgery is required.
The femoral injury she sustained in the attack meant she has had the femoral head removed on her left side.
Paisley has been through quite a bit so far in her young life and so we are searching for the perfect home for her!
Due to her history she does need a home with no other animals and no children.
She does need someone who is home quite often to help her to continue to build her confidence.
If you think you may be able to provide Paisley with the love and ongoing care she requires please feel free to come out to the shelter to meet Paisley!
All AWL animals are desexed microchipped health checked vaccinated wormed and flea treated.
