Oscar is the apple of his foster parents eye. He has been in care since he was 1 week old. ONE WEEK OLD! He has grown into a magnificent young man with soulful eyes and a stunning personality. He is dog and kid friendly and loves his walks and meeting new people. He is toilet trained and an exceptional bed sleeper....as long as he is ontop!!!!
