This beautiful boy came from taree pound a couple of months ago. He is just devine,. Great with other dogs, loves people and cuddles and pats. He will do anything to please.
He hasn't tried to jump my fences which are only farm fences, he really would love to be inside and on the couch but there hasn't been room at the inn so he has been sleeping in a crate and doesn't make a sound or a mess. He is crate trained and house trained, he loves going in the car but he is quite strong on the lead at the moment, although he is getting much better.
He doesn't bark much, doesn't dig and he hasn't shown destructive behaviour.
He is just a big gentle giant. Carter loves to chase the ball but doesn't always bring it back. He hasn't been around cats but he does have a high prey drive so I wouldn't have him with cats or rabbits or chickens.
He is good around horses.
At the moment Carter is in foster care with a male person who works pretty much full time and although we don't recommend dogs being left home alone all day,, carter seems to cope quite well> He does have a friendly neighbour who checks on him during the day though. He gets walked twice a day and just thrives on it.
