** Katrell's Christmas Wish **

Dear Santa Paws

My name is Katrell, I’m a 7-year-old girl, and it seems that nobody wants me. I know it’s early to write my Santa letter but it’s beginning to look like I won’t have my forever family by Christmas, and that’s really all I want in the whole wide world. Do you think you could help me?

I am a Czech line GSD, and may not look quite like the German Shepherd people had in mind; is that why I haven’t found my family yet?

The people at GSRV say they can’t understand why my forever family hasn’t been found. They say I’m beautifully natured, super friendly and affectionate, but that one of the reasons people might skip past me is because I am not polite when coming across other dogs. I don’t like them and I probably never will; they make me very nervous. I really am happiest when I’m with my people, and away from other animals.

Whilst I do enjoy going for a walk, it’s not something I’m particularly used to, as I had almost never left the yard before coming to GSRV. I’d be more than happy to forgo my walks and spend time with my loving family instead. I have recently been described as “the perfect house dog!” so, Santa Paws, if you know someone who is searching for a new family member, but isn’t able to take them out for walkies, I would be perfect for them!

I have so much love to give, am loyal and protective, and I’ve been searching for so very long. I haven’t got a long list for you this year Santa Paws, I just want one thing this Christmas. Please, could you find me a family?
