Meet Pepper, beautiful, friendly and full of life. He is a Dalmation x Kelpie and bounces with energy. He will need lots of exercise to ensure his happiness. He loves people and plays well. His little personality is starting to develop. He is confident and loving, loves a treat, a good play with his toys and running out in the yard.
