About Bronson
Please note: Bronson will be rehomed with another dog for company.
Bronson is a gorgeous dog who has found himself looking for a new home. Really he is still a big puppy. He really needs love, patience, and stability and to feel he is an important member of the family. Bronson also loves playing with other dogs. He is a bouncy lab with a little staffy thrown in.
Being the big boy that he is, Bronson is very strong, can pull on the lead, and has a tendency to get excited (especially around other dogs), but he is working on these things and will need a home that will continue to put in the time and effort into his training that he deserves. He responds well to firm instructions and consistency. Bronson is looking for an active guardian or family who will take him out for daily exercise, and preferably with someone around most of the time. This may mean he would not be suitable in a home with younger children as he might unintentionally bowl them over with his enthusiasm and love of life.
Bronson is a total softy at heart, though, and not at all aggressive. Bronson loves to cuddle with his family at every opportunity, and is very playful. He is both loving and lovable, and is generally a good boy when calm and focused.
This beautiful boy will repay the faith of his future forever family with love in spades!
Please note: our dogs are not available for interstate adoption. We also do not adopt to people under the age of 25 years.

Adoption details
We are a community fostercare network, not a shelter, and our dogs and cats are cared for in private homes. Note that we are very careful where we rehome our dogs and cats and we have an intensive process. If you want a quick turnaround we are not the group for you. If you seem like a good match for the dog of your choice we will organise a telephone chat, a meet and greet and a property check. We offer a six-week full refund, free assistance for six weeks for any issues, and a lifetime takeback policy with a fifty percent refund of the adoption fee, and of course an invitation to our adopters’ Christmas party.
We care for our dogs and cats and we want you to as well. We know that genuine applicants have no trouble with this process and understand that if we refuse you a dog or cat, it is because you are not the best match for that pet.
Our commitment to the dogs and cats in our care is total and we treat each one as if we are passing on a family pet. This may not suit you so we point out that there are equally great dogs and cats available in pounds, shelters and with other rescue groups.

Unfortunately we usually will not have time to reply to enquiries in more detail and will give priority to completed applications over enquiries. Priority will also be given to typed applications which are easier for us to read and to copy relevant parts.
